“Deu ci seu” is an independent documentary by Michele Badas and Michele De Murtas that tells the story of one of the most significant events in the history of Cagliari Calcio: in June 1997, some 20,000 people set out from Sardinia for Naples to watch a soccer match where only one outcome was acceptable—victory. Cagliari and Piacenza faced off to determine who would remain in Serie A and who would be relegated to Serie B, but the 90 minutes of the match are just one of the many stories in the film.
